Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to join our client’s manufacturing division. This role involves supporting maintenance and reliability initiatives within a production site that manufactures and packages animal health products. The ideal candidate will play a key part in optimizing technical systems to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on maintenance strategies during project development and ensure maintenance requirements are integrated into project plans.
- Support reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis during the design and engineering phases.
- Oversee GxP and EHS assessments to evaluate critical equipment and safety standards.
- Develop maintenance concepts based on risk analyses, drawing up comprehensive maintenance plans including costs, spare parts, and scheduling.
- Establish links between production performance and equipment efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance solutions that minimize lifecycle costs and enhance system reliability.


Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial Automation, or Maintenance Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance and reliability project engineering.
- Knowledge of GxP and EHS regulations.
- Proficient in SAP PM.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong report-writing and planning skills with extensive knowledge of maintenance technology.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of fostering collaboration within project teams.
