Role Description
The Commercial and Analytics Lead drives the tech-enabled commercial strategy. This role owns the CRM (Salesforce) from a business perspective, defines the commercial data vision, and accelerates AI and digital adoption to improve performance and productivity. The position works closely with Marketing, regional commercial teams, and Digital/IT to enable end-to-end commercial processes and BD Process 2.0.
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the Salesforce CRM program (roadmap, adoption, data quality, governance).
- Define and implement the commercial data strategy, including KPIs, dashboards, and governance.
- Enable data-driven decision-making and reduce manual reporting.
- Drive AI and digital adoption through prioritized use cases, training, and performance tracking.
- Support BD Process 2.0 via systems, funnel management standards, and governance.
- Oversee digital media effectiveness (channel mix, budget optimization, ROI).
- Partner with Digital/IT to translate business needs into a clear technology roadmap.
- Build data and digital capabilities across commercial teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years in commercial operations, CRM/MarTech, analytics, or digital transformation in B2B.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and CRM program ownership.
- Proven track record in data strategy, analytics, and AI adoption.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and change management.
- Commercial and tech-savvy mindset.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented.
- Effective communicator in complex, global environments.
