About the Role
This position leads the full technology, data and AI enablement agenda for the commercial organisation. The role owns the CRM programme from a business perspective, shapes the commercial data vision, drives analytics adoption and accelerates digital and AI capabilities. It also supports end-to-end business development processes, paid media optimisation and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Full business ownership of the CRM programme including roadmap, processes, governance, adoption and data quality
- Create and deliver a unified commercial data vision and 12 month roadmap
- Drive dashboarding, reporting and performance steering across funnel, forecast and pricing analytics
- Lead AI adoption including prioritisation of use cases, training, governance, and impact tracking
- Support the evolution of the business development process through systems, data and governance
- Manage paid media performance including channel mix, budget allocation and ROI optimisation
- Partner with Digital and IT to translate business needs into a platform roadmap including automation and process mining
- Enable digital and data confidence across commercial teams through structured training and adoption programmes
Requirements
- 12 + years in commercial enablement, digital transformation, CRM or analytics within a global B2B environment
- Proven CRM ownership experience with strong Salesforce or other CRM tools background
- Experience building data governance frameworks and translating commercial needs into analytics roadmaps
- Hands-on AI adoption experience within commercial or marketing teams
- Strong programme leadership experience across Sales, BD, Marketing, Finance and IT
- Strong change management background
- Commercially minded and technologically strong with the ability to connect business needs to systems and data
- Strong communicator and influencer with stakeholder management capabilities
- Strategic mindset with ability to simplify, prioritise and drive adoption
- Excellent English; Dutch beneficial
- Commercial and digital experience is required
- Team player with interest in AI developments
