About the Role:
As an Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you ensure reliable and cost-effective maintenance strategies are embedded throughout project lifecycles. You advise on maintenance requirements, RAM (Reliability, Availability & Maintainability), and compliance with GxP and EHS standards. You oversee technical specifications during engineering phases and validate maintenance readiness at project completion. You develop maintenance concepts, plans, and spare parts strategies based on risk and performance analysis. You collaborate across teams to align equipment performance with production efficiency and ensure successful project delivery.
 

Responsibilities:
- Develop and define maintenance requirements, concepts, and plans based on risk analysis to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Advise on RAM (Reliability, Availability & Maintainability) during the design and engineering phases of projects.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with GxP and EHS standards, including organizing and leading criticality and risk assessments.
- Review and safeguard technical User Requirement Specifications (URS) during detailed engineering.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to link equipment performance with production processes and support successful project delivery.
 

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Maintenance & Reliability or Project Engineering within a regulated or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of GxP and EHS guidelines, with hands-on experience in compliance and risk assessments.
- Experience working with SAP PM or similar maintenance management systems, along with solid understanding of maintenance technologies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to develop improvement plans and collaborate effectively across technical and project teams.
