Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to support the oversight and maintenance of product quality. The successful candidate will work closely with the Quality Department to ensure products meet all relevant guidelines and regulations, contributing to continuous improvement in quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of the Quality Management System by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Assist in GMP and GDP compliance activities, including investigations and follow-ups of deviations, changes, and CAPAs.
- Investigate GMP implications, conduct risk analyses, and monitor regulatory compliance through audits and assessments.
- Analyze critical quality incidents through root cause analysis, risk assessment (using tools like FMEA), and document findings accurately.
- Manage multiple projects related to quality assurance and process improvements.
- Liaise with manufacturing and pharmacovigilance teams to ensure proper incident management and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with GMP-related processes, including deviations and OOS investigations.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality or production environment.
- Knowledge of European and Dutch GMP laws and registration guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills, systematic work approach, and proficient written and spoken - English and Dutch.
