Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated QC Sample Management Technician to join our Sample Management team. In this role, you will support critical sample handling processes within Quality Control, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your work will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of sample flow and supporting the production of advanced cancer therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sample management area in line with 5S standards
- Handle distribution and receipt of QC samples and plates, including transfers between -80°C storage and liquid nitrogen
- Perform sample accessioning and disposal in accordance with established procedures
- Support small-scale process improvement initiatives and escalate deviations when required
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of samples to meet operational demands
- Assist with additional laboratory tasks to support overall workflow and efficiency

Requirements:
- Secondary Laboratory education or equivalent qualification
- Hands-on experience in sample management, preferably within biotech or pharmaceutical environments
- Basic laboratory skills, including knowledge of aseptic techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in English
- Understanding of GMP, GDP, and SOP requirements
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overtime
- Availability to work on-site from early mornings (7:00 AM) to late evenings (midnight)
- A valid driver’s license is preferred due to shift requirements
