About the role
This position plays a key role within the Global ERP Business Process Owner team, supporting critical end-to-end supply chain and financial processes. The role focuses on enhancing and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite, driving process improvements, managing UAT activities, and ensuring compliance within a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities
- Act as a member of the Global ERP Business Process Owner team
- Represent ERP BPO in global and site initiatives including product launches, enhancements, and technology transfers
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate enhancement requests
- Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing activities
- Collaborate with Change Owners to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
- Work closely with IT to validate that system enhancements meet business needs
- Partner with Quality Engineering on validation and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain work instructions and related documentation
- Provide ERP impact assessments during change control and socialization meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Deep functional expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite across enterprise environments
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of OTC, PTD, and Finance processes
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience managing ERP enhancements and system changes within change management frameworks
- Strong background in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements in regulated industries
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with high accountability
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong learning agility

- On-site presence required at least 3 days per week
