About the Role
In this technical role, you will work in a rotating shift schedule and be responsible for resolving production disruptions. You will collaborate closely with other technicians and contribute to root cause analyses, ensuring systems return to operation safely and accurately. You will also identify structural issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Resolve production breakdowns and participate in root cause analyses
- Ensure systems are correctly commissioned after maintenance and document -activities in operational systems such as logbooks and SAP
- Identify and report opportunities for structural improvements within production equipment and processes
- Work effectively in a 5 shift schedule including nights and weekends
Requirements
- MBO level 3 education or experience in a relevant technical field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial automation [
- Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, problem solving and defining preventive measures to avoid future breakdowns
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong accuracy in daily tasks
- Preferably experience working in regulated environments such as food, chemical or pharmaceutical industries
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
Other Information
- Position operates in a 5 shift schedule including night and weekend duties
- Use of systems including SAP and logbooks is required
