Besides specializing in therapeutic food and infant formula, they collaborate in researching several diseases to make patient`s life easier with their products. 

Role Description
The Global Brand Manager is contributing to the growth of the world’s leading infant formula brand. This role focuses on shaping global product propositions, creating launch frameworks, and ensuring successful implementation across diverse international markets. By partnering closely with local brand teams and cross?functional global stakeholders, the Senior Brand Manager ensures that global innovation initiatives are consumer?driven, market?relevant, and strategically aligned with brand growth ambitions. 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and validating consumer value propositions using research, insights, and testing to ensure global relevance.
  • Leading the creation of all required artworks and guide markets through global launch execution.
  • Driving end?to?end project delivery in close partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Design, and other key functions.
  • Managing external agencies and partners, ensuring timely delivery and high?quality outputs.
  • Tracking brand and project performance through KPIs and consumer data; recommend actions to optimise impact and growth.
  • Confidently presenting strategies, concepts, and results to senior management and global/local teams. 

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within FMCG or nutrition?related categories.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross?functional project teams and managing complex timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong stakeholder?management skills.
  • Proven experience coordinating agencies and delivering high?quality work under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance both perspectives effectively.
  • Comfortable operating in an international environment and collaborating with teams across different geographies.
