Job Description
The Cell Therapy Manufacturing Specialist will play an important role in the execution of manufacturing activities within a cleanroom environment. This position is focused on supporting the production of clinical and commercial products while ensuring all work is completed in line with established procedures, quality standards, and GMP guidelines.
The role suits someone with a hands-on mindset who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and who enjoys contributing to both daily operations and ongoing process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing and production support activities in cleanroom areas
- Follow batch records and standard operating procedures carefully and accurately
- Prepare, transfer, and handle materials needed for manufacturing activities
- Support documentation handling and batch record completion
- Help maintain cleanroom areas in an optimal state
- Assist with troubleshooting, deviation-related activities, and change implementation
- Support product handling and operational tasks linked to manufacturing output
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, materials, and support functions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and maintain compliance

Requirements
Background in Life Sciences
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotechnology production processes
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom with full gowning requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Flexible mindset and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in 2 – 3 shifts, including weekends
- Vaccination against Hepatitis B, or willingness to receive it
