Role Description
The client is looking for a Project Manager supporting the 3?Year Value Creation Plan (VCP) to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic, financial, and operational plans across regions. Embedded within the core team, you work closely with senior leaders to harmonize methodologies, drive analytical rigor, and translate business insights into clear, actionable strategies. This position offers broad exposure to global markets, cross?functional leadership, and transformation initiatives within a fast?moving, high?growth organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and consolidating inputs from global markets and regions, ensuring consistent methodologies, templates, and quality standards.
  • Supporting the HQ team in creating 3?year strategic and financial projections across cost, cash, and investment categories (including COGS, BMI, overheads, and cash flow).
  • Quantifying a dedicated e?commerce initiative, delivering a full P&L in coordination with central e?commerce teams and regional markets.
  • Identifying and defining enablers required to achieve the long?term plan.
  • Facilitating workshops and working sessions with central, regional, and local leadership teams.
  • Turning complex analyses into clear, decision?ready deliverables, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Acting as a strategic thought partner to Group and Regional leaders, constructively challenging assumptions to ensure robust decision?making. 

Requirements

  • Experience at manager level within a top?tier strategy or management consulting firm.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or performance improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Skilled facilitator with strong executive?level communication abilities.
  • Proven experience operating across multiple geographies and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and deliver practical outcomes.
  • High degree of autonomy, comfortable working in an embedded corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in FMCG/consumer goods and private?equity?backed environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong ownership mindset paired with collaborative, humble engagement.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Delivery?focused, pragmatic approach.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and working under tight deadlines.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and fast?paced in execution.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
