HVAC & Utilities Engineer
Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands (Fully Onsite)

Role Description:
As an HVAC & Process Utility Engineer, you will ensure the reliable operation of cleanroom HVAC and process utility systems, including clean nitrogen and purified water systems. You will work closely with the Facility Management team to maintain system performance, support maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the HVAC subject matter expert for cleanroom environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure environmental conditions meet cleanroom requirements.
- Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Manage spare parts and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 4–6 years of experience in HVAC systems operation or engineering roles.
- Knowledge of HVAC standards, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with systems such as EMS, BMS, or Maximo is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.

Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- Knowledge of GMP or ISO 13485 standards.
- Dutch language skills are a plus.
