Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Optimization Specialist to join our Breda facility. In this role, you will support the continuous improvement of our labeling and packaging lines, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Your work will help maintain efficient processes that directly impact patient access to essential medicines.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data from multiple sources to evaluate process performance and identify trends.
- Monitor key process metrics, highlight deviations, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and lead projects that enhance process efficiency and quality.
- Assess the impact of changing regulations, technology updates, or product introductions, proposing effective solutions.
- Apply LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and problem-solving efforts.
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and scenario analyses for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Lead or assist in the implementation of process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and change agents on best practices for process optimization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in industrial engineering, performance improvement, or operational excellence within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, visualization, and problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma or Root Cause Analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment, familiar with GMP and GDP standards.
- Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
