Job Description
Our client is looking for a Procurement Finance Analyst to support the financial activities linked to raw materials procurement. This role is focused on controlling, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering within a dynamic supply chain setting.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting financial performance, improving reporting quality, and providing insights that help guide procurement and operational decision-making. This position would suit someone with a strong background in commercial, procurement, or supply chain finance who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities, including actuals, forecasting, and outlook processes
- Manage and analyse financial performance across P&L and working capital areas
- Provide forecasting and pricing insights related to raw materials
- Track intercompany receivables and overdue positions
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and performance scorecards
- Work closely with shared service teams to resolve finance-related issues and improve booking accuracy
- Participate in quotation and decision-making meetings from a finance perspective
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure finance processes and controls are followed
- Build strong working relationships with procurement, operations, and finance stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial finance, procurement finance, or supply chain finance
- Strong background in forecasting, reporting, and month-end activities
- Good understanding of P&L and working capital
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
