Role Overview
As an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, you’ll operate various production lines within a GMP environment. You will work in shift-based teams to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient output across fully automated, semi?automated, and manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
-Operate production lines according to SOPs
-Ensure quality, safety, and delivery KPIs
-Support shift handovers and teamwork
-Escalate issues clearly and timely
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
-MBO Level 2 or higher
-1–2 years manufacturing experience in GMP arrangement
-Experience working with complex equipment in production
-Strong communication and team skills
-Flexible for shift work
-Learning mindset and ownership
