Role Description:
We are seeking a driven, coachable, and self-motivated Manufacturing Process Specialist to operate pharmaceutical production lines in a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured production setting, can adapt to fully automated, semi-automated, or manual lines, and takes ownership to consistently deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient production output.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production lines according to SOPs, standard work, and defined production goals.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and maintain production continuity.
- Collaborate with line leads, operators, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and performance targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to LEAN/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Take ownership of tasks, escalate issues when necessary, and follow procedures responsibly.
- Maintain all required training and certifications within deadlines.
- Flexibly switch between production lines and tasks as required, maintaining consistent focus and efficiency.
- Work proactively, showing accountability, maturity, and a continuous improvement mindset.


Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or GMP/GDP-regulated operations.
- Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Comfortable collaborating in diverse, multicultural teams.
- MBO Level 2 education with strong English language skills (verbal, reading, and writing).
