Role Description
The Process Development Manager is responsible for developing process technologies, maintaining accurate process data, and supporting product industrialization from lab testing to pilot and factory trials. The role ensures alignment between process and product specifications while driving data quality in the PLM system.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, structure, and upload process data into the PLM system.
- Validate process data with R&I, Product Development, Operations, and Quality.
- Develop and optimize process technologies for specialized nutrition products.
- Support lab, pilot plant, and factory trials across European supply points.
- Maintain and update process specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between product and process specifications.
- Drive data governance and continuous improvement of PLM workflows.
- Train users on PLM tools such as Optiva.
- Prepare clear updates for senior stakeholders.
- Consolidate process and recipe data for analysis and benchmarking.

Requirements
- Experience with PLM systems (Infor PLM, Optiva).
- Background in process development, food engineering, or similar field.
- Hands-on experience with lab, pilot, or factory trials.
- Ability to structure and validate complex process data.
- Strong understanding of processing parameters and manufacturing workflows.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Other Information
Travel required to European supply points.
Involves laboratory, pilot plant, and production-site activities.
