Role Description
The QC Laboratory Technician will support the quality control team by conducting various tests on raw materials and final products. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of the company’s vital biotechnological products, particularly in the realm of cell therapy.

Responsibilities

- Perform testing on raw materials and final product samples using established laboratory techniques.
- Review and document test results accurately.
- Assist in routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and lab spaces to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support waste management and adhere to safety and compliance protocols.
- Participate in other laboratory duties as required, including sample preparation and data entry.
Requirements

- MBO/HBO qualification in (Bio)Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant QC experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
- Proficiency in molecular biology, biochemical, and analytical testing methods such as flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, or western blotting.
- Familiarity with cGMP, GLPs, and regulatory testing standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
