Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Laboratory Technician to support the quality control team in the manufacturing of advanced cell therapy products. This role involves performing laboratory testing to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and final products, contributing to the development of innovative cancer treatments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tests on raw materials and final product samples using various laboratory techniques.
- Review and interpret test results accurately.
- Assist with routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure lab spaces are kept in optimal condition.
- Participate in waste management processes and perform additional lab duties as needed.
Requirements
- An MBO/HBO diploma in Analytical (Bio)Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant QC experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of molecular biology, biochemical, and analytical testing methods such as flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR/ddPCR, or western blotting.
- Familiarity with cGMP, GLPs, pharmacopoeia standards, and regulatory testing requirements is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
