The Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Process Improvement Engineer to lead initiatives related to process and product transfers. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and improve processes using Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Inclusion principles. This role involves collaborating across teams to resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
-Lead the transfer of new processes or products, ensuring smooth implementation.
-Develop and apply expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Inclusion to support process improvements.
-Participate in cross-functional investigations to analyze deviations, define root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for process and systems enhancements that benefit the business.
-Initiate and coordinate improvements to technical and business processes, systems, and behaviors.
-Facilitate kaizen events, lead projects, and coach sponsors and team members in improvement methodologies.
-Support a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring effective use of improvement tools with minimal supervision.
Requirements
-Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
-Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and related methodologies.
-Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
