The Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Manufacturing Operational Technician to join our client’s production team. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will support operational tasks across various production lines, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities
-Operate and monitor production lines in accordance with standard operating procedures
-Collaborate effectively with team members and line leaders to meet daily production goals
-Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiencies in daily tasks
-Escalate issues promptly and clearly to the Line Lead to ensure quick resolution
-Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time
-Participate actively in shift handovers and ensure all training requirements are met within deadlines
-Maintain compliance with GMP and other quality standards during production activities
-Work flexibly across multiple lines and shift patterns as needed

Requirements
-1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in GMP-compliant settings
-Familiarity with standard operating procedures and production processes
-Good command of English (verbal, reading, writing)
-Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural team and communicate clearly
-Basic educational background (equivalent to MBO level 2)
