Quality Transfer Lead, Boxmeer, Noord-Brabant

Role Description
The Quality Transfer Lead will play a key role in ensuring that all manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation meet the company’s global quality standards during the transition to a new production facility. This role focuses on overseeing process transfers, validating equipment and systems, and ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in quality assurance within pharmaceuticals, combined with the ability to review, approve, and guide critical validation and investigation activities. 

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the transfer of production processes to the new facility, providing technical support and supervision, reviewing documentation, and approving process validation activities.
• Providing expert guidance and final approval for equipment installation, qualification, and validation efforts.
• Participating in and supporting of root cause investigations, ensuring high-quality documentation and approving completed nonconformity reports.
• Reviewing, evaluating, and approving production documentation, protocols, and other GMP?critical records. 

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a quality assurance or similar role within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, process validation, equipment qualification, and quality systems.
• Experience supporting or leading manufacturing process transfers is highly preferred.
• Solid analytical and problem?solving skills with the ability to assess investigations and ensure regulatory?compliant documentation.
• Excellent communication and documentation-review abilities.
