About the role
The Process Engineer leads the introduction and transfer of new processes or products while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on applying Lean Six Sigma and Change Management principles, leading cross-functional investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. With a strong data-driven approach, the Process Engineer identifies improvement opportunities, coordinates technical and business process enhancements, and supports teams through coaching and project leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead the introduction and transfer of new processes and products, ensuring effective implementation and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Change Management methodologies.
- Conduct and support cross-functional investigations, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Initiate and coordinate technical and business process improvement projects, including facilitating Kaizen workshops.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics and ensuring sustainable process optimization.


Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field) with experience in process/product transfer within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred) and strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis, deviation management, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Demonstrated project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Kaizen workshops, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable, sustainable process improvements.
