The Company

About the Role
This role leads a multi-disciplinary maintenance team responsible for both corrective and preventive maintenance across production lines. You ensure maximum equipment availability, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and manage daily operations of a 24/5 technical service environment. The position focuses on safety, performance, reliability, and efficient maintenance planning.

Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to all Quality, Health, Safety & Environment regulations and procedures.
Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate a team of approximately 20 technicians and work planners across shift and day teams.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee effective execution of both breakdown services and preventive maintenance activities.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans, repairs, modifications, and improvement projects.
Periodically review and optimize maintenance concepts to improve reliability, availability, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
Analyze breakdown data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Manage daily performance reporting for technical installations and team output.
Report on breakdowns, maintenance budget progress, and KPIs, advising the Maintenance Manager on improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Completed technical degree at bachelor level.
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, results-oriented, quality-driven, able to set priorities, and resilient under pressure.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and structured problem solving.
