About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing day?to?day manufacturing and production operations, including assembly, machinery handling, processing, and packaging activities. The role ensures that production output meets expected quality, efficiency, and volume targets while operating strictly within regulated and qualified areas. The position works under moderate direction and requires strong operational knowledge and hands-on production experience.
Responsibilities
- Organize and execute manufacturing and production activities across assembly, machinery, processing, and packaging functions.
- Prepare and finalize all required work in accordance with production regulations and planning.
- Ensure that all production occurs within qualified areas and that procedures are monitored and followed daily.
- Set and adjust production schedules based on resources, equipment efficiency, material availability, and volume requirements.
- Support continuous improvements in production output, safety, and quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery handling, and quality standards.
- Ability to work in regulated or qualified production environments.
- Skilled in executing preparatory and finishing work for production activities.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work under moderate supervision.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
