Role Description
The UC Project Manager will oversee the implementation of Microsoft Teams Phone across multiple sites, ensuring smooth migration from traditional telephony systems to a unified cloud-based voice solution. The role blends project governance, technical coordination, vendor management, and business readiness across office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
- Establish and run governance routines such as steering committees, project reviews, and technical workstream meetings.
- Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the full project plan covering multi-site Teams Phone deployments.
- Coordinate SBC implementations, SIP trunk integration, hardware onboarding, and network readiness activities.
- Align cross-functional teams including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, cloud, support, and site leads.
- Maintain and manage the RAID log, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
- Translate technical designs into actionable work packages.
- Facilitate design reviews with architecture, network, cloud, and security teams.
- Validate vendor deliverables and support cost or procurement discussions.
- Coordinate site readiness, user onboarding, communications, and training materials.
- Ensure each site is fully prepared for migration and post-go-live operations.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles within infrastructure, cloud, or telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Voice, SIP trunking, SBCs, and cloud telephony architecture.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience working with external telecom or cloud service providers.
