Job Description
For an interim assignment, we are looking for a Front Office Team Lead (Member Services) to organize, motivate, and coach a professional front-office team. The team provides day-to-day support to members, ensuring questions are handled quickly and professionally while continuously improving the service approach. This role combines operational leadership with a clear vision on customer-oriented service.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the front-office/inside support team to deliver a high standard of service
- Ensure professional handling and follow-up of questions and requests from members
- Coordinate additional activities, including visit planning for the field service team
- Contribute to broader team-leadership alignment to support strategic initiatives and service improvements
- Help further develop the service concept and support implementation of an integrated service approach (e.g., click/call/face model)
- Prepare and execute annual plans for the front-office function in line with wider objectives
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage)
- Maintain strong alignment with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration and execution

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent level of working and thinking)
- Relevant experience in an agricultural environment; dairy farming exposure is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to motivate and guide a team (leadership experience is an advantage)
- Experience with front-office / customer support team operations and organization
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a professional discussion partner
- Results-driven, proactive, and confident in decision-making
- Comfortable operating at operational and tactical levels, with good organizational awareness
- Dutch language is mandatory
