As part of Cooperative Affairs, the Farmer Services department plays a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to dairy members.
Role Overview
As Team Manager Front Office, you will lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team responsible for handling questions and service requests from member dairy farmers. Your mission is to ensure smooth, professional, and service-oriented operations while supporting strategic programs such as Course to 2030, Foqus Planet, special milk flows, and sustainability initiatives.
This role is a temporary assignment for 6 months, supporting the team during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead, guide, and develop the Front Office / Inside Sales team.
-Ensure professional, accurate handling of inquiries from dairy farmer members.
-Coordinate operational activities such as planning field service visits.
-Support implementation projects such as Click?Call?Face and service concept improvements.
-Contribute to strategic programs: Course to 2030, Foqus Planet, special milk flows, sustainability.
-Prepare and execute annual plans for Farmer Services and the Front Office.
-Drive adoption and optimal use of Salesforce within the team.
-Align closely with relevant internal departments to secure smooth operational execution
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO), such as HAS or WUR.
-5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the agricultural or dairy sector.
-Experience leading a Front Office, Customer Service, or Inside Sales team.
-Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
-Excellent communication skills; able to act as a professional discussion partner for farmers and internal stakeholders.
-Results-driven, proactive, and organizationally sensitive.
-Experience in change leadership or Front Office transformation is a plus.
-Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
-Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
