Role  Description  
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance and Reporting Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing data quality and reporting solutions across various enterprise systems. Your efforts will ensure the integrity and reliability of product data, supporting the company’s operational and analytical needs.

Responsibilities  
- Lead communication and stakeholder management efforts, including conducting weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, track change requests, and clarify requirements.
- Manage daily operational communications, respond to queries, prepare meeting inputs, and support colleagues through dashboard walkthroughs, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
- Design scalable backend architectures for data quality dashboards using Databricks, including data modeling, source field mapping, and integration with Azure Data Factory pipelines.
- Develop and refine validation logic for SAP Data Quality dashboards, incorporating user feedback to improve accuracy and trust.
- Build comprehensive Power BI reports with clear data models, KPIs, and visualizations, and lead front-end redesigns and bug fixes.
- Lead restructuring efforts of EPDM dashboards to align with SAP data quality tools, including asset page redesigns based on user needs.
- Create and iterate Power Automate flows based on market needs, ensuring seamless automation of business processes.
- Facilitate governance discussions with markets to define cross-market quality metrics and validate asset-level rules.
- Support the design, development, and reporting of future SAP-PIM data integrity dashboards, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Maintain data lineage, data model consistency, and data governance principles across SAP, PIM, GDS, and EPDM systems, ensuring cross-system data integrity.


Requirements 
- Strong experience with Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure Data Factory.
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks and governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams and markets.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
