Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize the sourcing of indirect supplies and services across two key sites in Oss and Heist. The role involves working closely with local teams to ensure seamless procurement processes that meet operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect categories, including MRO and facilities management.
- Evaluate suppliers and monitor their performance over time.
- Develop and present sourcing strategies aligned with site requirements and company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
- Perform data analysis to support procurement decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and implement effective strategies.
- Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity and manage potential disruptions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply basic project management principles.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is essential.
- 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement within complex environments.
- Experience in highly regulated industries like pharmaceuticals or facilities management is a plus.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Good analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Familiarity with project management methods.
- Must be able to work full-time onsite, travel between Oss and Heist, and hold a valid driving license.

Other Information
This is a full-time, onsite role supporting key manufacturing sites. The position involves no direct reports and requires close cooperation with site teams to ensure procurement aligns with operational demands.
