Job Description
For this Logistics Operator (Production Support) position, we are looking for a proactive, accurate team player who supports the flow of materials into production and the movement of finished goods out of the facility. The Logistics Operator (Production Support) plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly by combining hands-on logistics work with careful administration in key systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive goods and handle waste disposal in line with site procedures
- Prepare finished products for shipment and support outbound activities
- Identify and report deviations or malfunctions impacting the logistics process
- Manage stock levels, including maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting min/max stock controls
- Maintain order and cleanliness in corridors, storage areas, and logistics zones
- Register incoming and outgoing goods in SAP and support inventory administration in SAP
- Support inventory activities and orders in Ariba and coordinate goods shipping tasks
- Keep required qualifications and job-related knowledge up to date
Requirements
- MBO level 3 (or equivalent)
- Professional Dutch language skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in logistics/warehouse operations with strong administrative accuracy
- Experience working with SAP
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to collaborate with production and other teams
- Forklift certificates are a strong advantage
- Experience in a GMP or other regulated environment is an advantage
