Role Description
As a Digital Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules, helping to enhance the digital HR landscape. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders, configure and improve system functionalities, and contribute to global HR transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules.
  • Support integration and management of document management systems within the HR landscape.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop digital solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements of HR digital services.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules.
  • Proven experience in digital HR solutions implementation and support.
  • Functional knowledge of document management systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
