Position Description:
As a Maintenance Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will work closely with production teams, technical services, and external technicians to organise, prioritise, and optimise maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assess scope, required resources, materials, man hours, and procedures for maintenance work.
- Prepare work packages and coordinate with suppliers or external contractors when needed.
- Schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks in alignment with short and long term plans.
- Monitor material availability to support timely execution of work.
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as production, technical services, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless planning.
- Ensure all required work permits are in place before maintenance work begins.
- Track progress and adjust planning as needed to meet operational priorities.
- Support administrative tasks including timesheets, parts documentation, and technical records.
- Standardise repeat work processes and contribute to preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- HBO level of work and thinking, or a completed MBO level 4 qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance planning role within process industry; candidates with technical background seeking growth into planning are welcome.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience with maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP, Ultimo) and methodologies such as TPM, RCM, or LEAN.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and remain flexible.
