Role Description
We are seeking a Digital HR Systems Specialist to support and enhance our client's SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules. This role is vital in the ongoing digital HR transformation, ensuring seamless system functionality, effective configuration, and continuous improvement of HR technology tools.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules.
- Support the integration and management of document management solutions within the HR platform.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Document processes, updates, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Off modules.
- Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors and experience with document management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a bonus.
- Agile mindset, collaborative attitude, and a drive for continuous improvement.
