A leading international dairy organization is undergoing a large-scale HR transformation to standardize and globalize its HR processes. To support this transformation, the digital HR team is looking for a Digital Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Off) to strengthen and optimize the HR technology landscape. The organization operates in an agile, international environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key.
Role Description
As a Digital Specialist, you play a key role in the ongoing digital HR transformation, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off. You are responsible for the functional configuration, optimization, and support of these modules, ensuring seamless HR processes and an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Off modules
- Support the integration and functional management of document management solutions within the HR landscape
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and safeguard data integrity and compliance
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing digital HR enhancements
- Document system changes, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Off (functional knowledge required)
- Proven experience in digital HR solution implementation and support
- Experience with document management systems is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
