Role Description:
We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Controls Specialist to support a key organizational transition in a European business unit. This temporary role is critical in establishing financial reporting processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks for a newly emerging entity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes for the organizational transition
- Prepare local GAAP and IFRS reporting, including management reporting templates
- Support month-end close activities and document current processes for smooth handover
- Design and strengthen internal controls aligned with future operations
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and corporate teams to ensure readiness
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices

Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Extensive experience in finance or accounting in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP (RJ)
- Proven experience in statutory accounts, audits, internal controls, and governance
- Familiarity with business combination accounting and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA)
