What you will do
You, as our Treasury Manager, will manage Treasury process improvements and ensure that the daily Treasury operations run smoothly. In this vital role you will be mainly responsible for:

• Monitor daily cash positions;
• Correct execution of netting and Treasury transactions;
• Treasury implementations, international expansions and inhouse bank process improvements;
• Detecting process improvements (i.e. FX Trading, Netting, Cash Flow Forecasting, Investments etc.)
• Participate in cross functional projects (i.e. international expansions, corporate cards, dividend planning)
• Manage the yearly dividend planning, while collaborating with Tax, Accounting and Finance
• Oversee, manage and report on the intercompany loan portfolio
• Finding opportunities for micro-automations
• Monitoring bank fees, reductions
• Supporting Affiliate Funding Requests
• Finding opportunities to repatriate cash
• Drives process improvements both in system automations as well as in Cash Management setups.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• 6+ years of related working experience;
• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing;
• Stress resistant and opportunistic;
• Problemsolving attitude, accurate and works well in teams;
• Preferably gained experience working in a multinational company;
• Familiarity with Inhouse Bank;
• Preferably familiar with Treasury Management Systems (FIS), ERP Systems (SAP) and change management.
