Role Description
As a Product Development Specialist, you will support the creation and improvement of chilled dairy products for both branded and private-label portfolios. You will work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and other R&D teams to bring new concepts to life and optimize existing products. 

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new dairy product innovations from concept to launch.
- Ensure recipes meet nutritional, regulatory, organoleptic, shelf-life, and cost requirements.
- Lead renovation projects, including quality upgrades, value engineering, recipe transfers, and raw material changes.
- Conduct lab, pilot, and factory-scale product trials and analyze results.
- Prepare clear, structured reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis to support nutrition frameworks and cost-saving programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers during the development process.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Food Processing, Physical Chemistry, or similar.
- At least 2 years of product development or analytical experience in the food industry; fermented dairy experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Skilled in data analysis; proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Belgium.
