About the Role
The Customer Service Specialist manages a portfolio of customers and oversees the full domestic and export order process. The role ensures accurate order handling, coordination with internal teams, and timely delivery. It requires strong SAP knowledge, problem?solving skills, and the ability to support multiple business lines when needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and orders professionally and on time.
- Manage end?to?end order fulfillment, including availability checks, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
- Work closely with Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, and Business teams.
- Support other business units as backup during operational issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with processes, governance, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP.
Requirements
- College degree preferred or relevant equivalent experience.
- Strong IT skills, including SAP and MS Office.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
- Fluent written and spoken English; an additional local language preferred.
