Job Description
For our client in Dordrecht, we are looking for a Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Specialist who will bring structure, clarity, and execution readiness to the maintenance organisation. This on-site role is focused on planning and preparing maintenance work so technicians can execute efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain maintenance plans for preventive and corrective work
- Translate requests into well-prepared work packages (scope, sequence, materials, tools, resources, - timing)
- Coordinate with maintenance, production/operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and schedule activities
- Ensure work orders are ready for execution and follow agreed planning standards
- Support continuous improvement of planning quality, maintenance routines, and reliability performance
- Track progress, update plans when priorities change, and support clear communication on maintenance readiness
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in an industrial or production environment
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage changing priorities
- Structured way of working with strong attention to detail (work preparation, materials, timing, documentation)
- Dutch is required (spoken and written)
- Currently living in the Netherlands and able to work on-site in Dordrecht
