About the Role:
As a Supply Chain Planner you are responsible for translating sales forecasts into optimized production plans across multiple cheese manufacturing sites. Acts as a central coordinator between production, logistics, QA, sales, and plant management to ensure product availability. Uses SAP planning tools to balance demand, stock levels, plant capacity, and raw material availability. Manage KPIs such as service level, inventory optimization, and obsolete stock reduction.

Responsibilities:
- Translate sales forecasts into optimized production plans across multiple plants.
- Coordinate with Sales, QA, Production, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, service performance, and obsolete stock KPIs.
- Use SAP planning tools to monitor capacity, stock, and demand changes.
- Own the product portfolio and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning or production planning, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong experience with SAP planning systems; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to manage forecasts, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and strong communication skills; Dutch highly preferred.
