Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Development Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and compliant distribution of investigational products to clinical sites around the world, supporting ongoing clinical trials and development projects.

Responsibilities

- Manage the processing and tracking of Sales Orders and Stock Transfers.
- Oversee temperature data reviews, including handling excursions and ensuring compliance with global storage conditions.
- Coordinate the timely shipment of investigational medicines to clinical sites and logistics service providers, resolving issues promptly.
- Support expiry labeling campaigns and manage import licenses related to clinical supplies.
- Handle distribution complaints and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and support to team members in designated subject matter areas.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical supply chain management, preferably within biotech or pharmaceuticals.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines affecting clinical supplies.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and automated business tools like MS-Office.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
