Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Support Specialist to support audits, inspections, and documentation management within the Pharmacovigilance (PV) function. This role plays a key part in ensuring inspection readiness and maintaining compliant internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation and coordination of internal audits, partner audits, and health authority inspections
- Maintain audit trackers, action lists, timelines, and documentation repositories
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and inspection readiness activities
- Track and follow up on audit commitments with compliance and process owners
- Assist in maintaining SOPs, Work Instructions, and templates, ensuring proper version control and formatting
- Support PV process documentation, periodic reviews, and stakeholder coordination
- Serve as a contact point for administrative process-related inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of drug safety and pharmacovigilance regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
