Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will oversee the efficient and compliant distribution of investigational products to clinical sites around the world, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.
 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales order and stock transfer order processes efficiently.
  • Review temperature data and manage temperature excursions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Control and monitor the site and transit temperature excursions, as well as handle returns and reconciliations.
  • Support expiry relabeling campaigns and manage import licenses.
  • Process and handle distribution complaints promptly.
  • Ensure timely and compliant shipping of investigational products to clinical sites and logistics service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Customer Service, Development Supply Chain stakeholders, QA, warehouse teams, clinical site monitors, and couriers to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Review and manage temperature data reviews and excursions, maintaining accurate documentation and KPIs.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in supply chain management, preferably within a regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines affecting clinical supplies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Experience working with automated business systems, such as MS Office suite.
