A multinational fast-moving consumer goods organisation with a strong global presence. The company operates across multiple categories and markets and is currently undergoing a major analytics transformation to enhance decision-making, data consistency, and performance management across regions.

About the Role
The Business Insights Manager role acts as a strategic business partner connecting global market analytics, regional teams, local markets, and external data partners. The main objective is to drive the 2026 analytics transformation plan by orchestrating stakeholders, enabling adoption of new measurement frameworks, and embedding advanced analytics into decision-making processes. The position requires strong business acumen, project leadership, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external data partners.
- Translate global initiatives and business questions into clear analytical deliverables.
- Manage expectations, priorities, and communication across stakeholder groups.
- Support the rollout of the global growth model platform and embed it into planning processes.
- Contribute to the Market Development Model and help identify growth levers.
- Lead IBP support, including diagnostics, scenario inputs, and performance summaries.
- Support the transition to a global reporting ecosystem and standard measurement governance.
- Drive adoption of centralised reporting tools and organise training sessions.
- Collect feedback and ensure updates are aligned with user needs.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects related to tools, vendors, and data transitions.
- Manage scope, risks, deliverables, and timelines across cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, or performance management.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or commercial analytics.
- Strong knowledge of external market and consumer data sources.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data management.
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to interpret and connect multiple datasets into clear business implications.
- Strong project and program management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping structure proactively.
