Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Equipment Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and lifecycle management of equipment used in manufacturing operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical projects related to manufacturing equipment in areas such as device assembly, inspection, labeling, and packaging.
- Oversee the design process, including creating detailed documents such as User Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Hardware Design Specifications.
- Support the testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), to ensure equipment meets standards.
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment systems for proper operation and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, define specifications, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and external communications for assigned projects.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and cross-functional investigations to improve processes.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a manufacturing or operational environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or automated device processes.
- Strong understanding of equipment design, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as GMP, OSHA, or EPA standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with MS Office and relevant engineering software.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours occasionally.
