Role Description
As a Maintenance Planner (Werkvoorbereider), you are responsible for preparing, planning, and coordinating maintenance activities for equipment, process installations, and utilities. Your focus is on improving reliability, safety, and efficiency by ensuring procedures are followed and by initiating improvements. You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring the continuity of production and utilities.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, and coordinate maintenance activities for utilities, production equipment, and building-related installations
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, procedures, and safety regulations (including work permits and LOTO)
- Support and coordinate the execution of maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Optimize maintenance processes and propose improvements
- Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors and supervise their activities
- Select and order materials with attention to cost-efficiency
- Monitor progress and respond quickly to ad-hoc requests or breakdowns

Requirements
- Completed technical education at MBO-4 level (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience with work permits and maintenance planning
- Knowledge of maintenance systems such as SAP PM
- Broad technical knowledge of building installations, production systems, and utilities
- Skilled in writing reports, plans, and proposals
- Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written)
