Role Description
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will oversee the daily coordination and optimization of corrective and preventive maintenance activities across machines, installations, and facilities. You ensure that the Technical Department operates efficiently, safely, and with a long?term improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of planners and (mechanical/electrical/allround) technicians
- Ensure safety and quality of all executed maintenance activities
- Ensure knowledge transfer, training, e-learning completion, and competency matrix updates
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members during daily operations and culture transition
- Develop the annual maintenance plan and ensure execution of preventive/corrective tasks
- Manage planning and registration in SAP PM
- Safeguard standardization and adherence to technical procedures & KPIs
- Identify opportunities for process and maintenance optimization (TPM, Lean, TRACC)
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance organization
- Participate in ITF, RCA, and OWOW improvement teams

Requirements
- HBO degree (preferably in a technical field)
- 4–8 years of experience in a maintenance environment
- Proven leadership/management experience
- Experience in the food/IFT industry strongly preferred
- SAP PM experience is required
- Good communication in English and Dutch
