About the Role
As a Regional Supply Chain Operations Associate, you will support and gradually take ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle activities within the regional supply chain. The role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring compliant execution of launches, lifecycle changes, and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and independently manage product lifecycle activities, including launches and post-approval changes
• Execute regional variations and maintain the Regional Variation Master Plan with key stakeholders
• Coordinate labeling assessments, specialized shipping, and right-first-time handover to production sites
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead small improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant supply chain or pharmaceutical experience
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
