Role Description
We are looking for a quality-focused Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen the QC department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards and processes, supporting the Quality Management System (QMS), and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with laboratory team leaders and analysts, acting as a partner on quality and compliance topics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct process confirmations to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
- Identify deviations and lead corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with lab leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Support a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- MBO-4 or Bachelor’s degree in laboratory technology, life sciences, or quality management.
- 3–5 years of experience in a quality-related role.
- Laboratory experience preferred; food or dairy experience is a plus.
- Proactive, hands-on, and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Structured, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Dutch language proficiency is required.
